Providing CPR is the first part of Provide First Aid. It trains learners how to respond to cardiac and breathing-related emergencies. The regular course training is two hours in length, and the CPR Express Course takes one hour. Those who enrol must complete some pre-reading and take a quiz before attending the face-to-face part of the course. The Express CPR certification online course requires completing online training and examination before attending the in-class training.

2. Provide First Aid
Provide First aid includes CPR, managing a first aid response, and helping in basic life support. The regular course takes six hours of face-to-face training and assessment, with pre-work required. The Express First Aid Course online lasts one hour of face-to-face assessment and requires online training before attending the face-to-face assessment.
