1. Provide CPR
Provide CPR is the initial step in the journey of the first aid program that will increase your knowledge on how to respond to a crisis, especially the ones relating to cardiac problems and respiratory issues. To take this course, you need to pass the assessment and do the necessary pre-reading. The course is offered in two versions, Normal and Express. The standard CPR training lasts two hours. In contrast, the Express CPR course takes only one hour to complete. In Express CPR, you are also required to complete online training and an assessment before joining the in-class training.

2. Provide First Aid
The Provide First Aid course covers life support, victim management, and first aid response. In the regular Provide First Aid course, you will have almost six hours of training and evaluation. Whereas, in the Express First Aid course, you will receive two hours of training. To join the on-site Express First Aid course, you must complete some online coursework.
