Provide CPR is the first part of Providing First Aid. It trains learners to deal with breathing and cardiac emergencies. You can choose between two variations. The first is a regular course lasting two hours, and the second is an Express course of one hour. There is mandatory pre-reading and a quiz that you must complete before attending the in-class portion of the express course. While for CPR Express, online training and assessment are a prerequisite to physical training.

The Express First Aid course takes two hours and requires completing online prep before joining the onsite class. The standard course takes six hours of onsite teaching and assessment.

Our first aid courses follow the rules given by the Australian and New Zealand Resuscitation Committee (ANZCOR), while our trainers follow the VET quality framework.
14 is the minimum age for our courses. Anyone under 18 will need a signed parental consent to register.
