Providing CPR is the first part of Provide First Aid. It trains learners how to respond to cardiac and breathing-related emergencies. The regular course training is two hours in length, and the CPR Express Course takes one hour. Those who enrol must complete some pre-reading and take a quiz before attending the face-to-face part of the course. The Express CPR certification online course requires completing online training and examination before attending the in-class training.

The workplace requirement of the emergency first aid course is delivered over seven hours of face-to-face training and an assessment. The Express version of the course takes one hour of face-to-face assessment with online training and a quiz to complete before attending the face-to-portion of the class. Both options will prepare you for the in-class assessment portion regardless of what you choose, Express Emergency First Aid or HLTAID004 Emergency Response in an Education and Care Setting.

To practice as a first aid trainer, you need a Statement of Attainment proving your completion of First Aid training.
Completing your training with First Aid Pro, an Australian nationally recognised training organisation (RTO 40407), will earn you the Statement of Attainment, which is accepted Australia Wide.
Our first aid trainers follow the VET quality framework to make sure you get the best training. Our courses align with the criteria set by the Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC) and the Australian and New Zealand Resuscitation Committee (ANZCOR).
You must be 14 years old or older to participate in our courses with a signed parental consent for those younger than 18.
On successful registration, you will receive our PDF First Aid Guide. If you read and refer to this guide and complete the quiz before attending the face-to-face classroom training or the Express, you can efficiently complete the first aid course online and attend a short assessment class-based session.
