In our first aid program, Providing CPR is the initial step. This first-step course will boost your knowledge about how to respond during emergencies involving breathing or heart problems. To join this course, you must finish the required pre-reading and pass the assessment. This course has two variants you can choose from, the normal, which is two hours or the Express, which is one hour. However, if you choose Express CPR, you have to complete online training and evaluation before attending the on-venue session.
