The Providing CPR course is the initial course in Providing First Aid. This course equips students with the skills and information to respond to cardiovascular and breathing emergencies similar to drowning and heart failure. Two versions of this class are available. The Regular Course is two hours, whereas the Express Course is one hour. To be able to enrol in this course, you are required to complete pre-reading and evaluation. Our Express CPR Certification online course has a requirement that you complete the online training and assessment before attending the in-venue training session.

While the in-class training of the Express course takes two hours, the regular course gives you six hours of in-venue training and evaluation.
