With the effects of covid, only some of our training locations are able to provide water, tea, and coffee. However, all of our sites will provide you with a 30-minute lunch break if you are in a course that runs longer than four hours. You are welcome to bring your lunch or visit any nearby restaurant or cafe.

Provide CPR is the first part of the Providing First Aid course. The course trains students to deal with breathing and cardiac emergencies such as heart attack and drowning. There are two variations available of the Provide CPR Course. The first option is a two-hour course and the second is an Express Course that’s one hour. To be eligible for this course and face-to-face training, you must complete the required pre-reading and pass a quiz. Additionally, in CPR Express, you must complete the online training and assessment before attending the physical training.

To be a licensed first aid provider, you need a Statement of Attainment. We grant this certification, and because we are an RTO: 40407, the statement of attainment we issue is valid all over Australia.
Our training follows the Australian and New Zealand Resuscitation Committee (ANZCOR) guidelines. The commitment of our first aid coaches to the VET quality outline guarantees that you leave with the best training possible.
We allow students who are 14 years and older. However, anyone under 18 will need a signed parental consent to participate.
